Floral Policy

Floral Policy and Care Instructions

Floral items will be made to order to ensure freshness of the item. The floral delivery will be made as early as 2 days after order placement. Delivery of the item will be made only to El Paso Texas. Delivery of item will only be attempted once due to high volume of deliveries. A re-delivery can be schedule once the re-delivery charge has been processed. If no re-delivery is schedule within 8 hours after first attempt, we will issue a 50% refund of the floral item and tax as delivery is non-refundable. If second attempt is made and no success on delivery, we will issue a 50% refund of the floral item and tax as delivery is non-refundable. To ensure freshness of the item, there is not an option for a third attempt on delivery.
Floral items are expected to last at least 48 hours fresh under the right conditions. If the floral item starts to wilt within 48 hours, we will issue an exchange as long as the item was taken care under the right conditions:
*Do not expose to heat
*Do not expose to sun
*Ensure vase/basket/box/container has water
*Item has not be physically damaged by an external force.
*Vase/basket/box/container is not broken
*Do not modify the item.
PLEASE ENSURE RECIPIENT/CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLERGIC TO POLLEN. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY ALLERGIC PROBLEMS THAT THE RECIPIENT/CUSTOMER HAS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS THAT THE RECIPIENT/CUSTOMER MAY ENCOUNTER WITH OUR FLORAL ITEMS.
Return or Refund cannot be made due to allergic reactions, however an exchange can be made if the item has not been delivered yet.
**FLORAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS**
To ensure your item last longer please follow this instructions:
*Change water daily
*Cut stems 1/2 inch every day (only if item design permits)
*Do not expose to heat
*Do not expose to sun
*Do not make sudden movements or shake the item
*Keep item on a cool area and away from direct sun
