Return Policy

At Geek Obsession we aim to provide our customers with the best and high quality products. We understand there will be times we will not meet the customers criteria, therefore we have included our returns policy as follow:
Refunds will not be issue, exchanges may be accepted

**Decals**
Decals can be exchanged only within 7 days of delivery when package is still close.
If Package is open, the decal no longer qualifies for exchange/return.
Personalized decals does not qualify for exchange or return.

**One of a kind items**
This items are not returnable or exchangeable.

**On Sale items**
This items are not returnable or exchangeable.

**Edibles**
Edibles do not qualify for a return, exchange or refund unless it falls under one of the followings:

  1. If no re-delivery is schedule within 8 hours after first attempt, we will issue a 50% refund of the floral item as delivery is non-refundable.
  2. If second attempt is made and no success on delivery, we will issue a 40% refund of the floral item as delivery is non-refundable.
  3. Edible items are expected to last at least 48 hours fresh under the right conditions. If the item starts to show signs of decay DO NOT EAT THE EDIBLE and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue an exchange as long as the item was taken care under the right conditions:

*Do not expose to heat
*Do not expose to direct sun
*Ensure vase/basket/box/container is properly shut
*Item has not be physically damaged by an external force.
*Vase/basket/box/container is not broken
*Do not modify item.
*Do not mishandle item
*Item should remain on a cool room away from direct sun

PLEASE ENSURE RECIPIENT/CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLERGIC TO ANY FOOD. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY ALLERGIC PROBLEMS THAT THE RECIPIENT/CUSTOMER HAS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS THAT THE RECIPIENT/CUSTOMER MAY ENCOUNTER WITH OUR EDIBLE ITEMS.
Return or Refund cannot be made due to allergic reactions, however an exchange can be made if the item has not been delivered yet.
All of our edibles are for human consumption only, do not feed any edibles to any pets.



**Jewelry**
Jewelry can be exchanged only within 7 days of delivery when package is still close.
If Package is open, the jewelry no longer qualifies for exchange/return.
Personalized jewelry does not qualify for exchange or return.

**Floral**
Floral items do not qualify for a return, exchange or refund unless it falls under one of the followings:

Wardrobe items can be exchanged only within 7 days of delivery when item shows no signs of wear and is in new condition.

**Funko-POPs**
This items are not returnable or exchangeable.
