Shipping and Delivery

 

Non-Edibles and Non-Floral Items will usually ship withing 1-3 business days once the order has been placed.
Delivery time frame of item will depend on carrier and delivery option selected. We do not control the delivery time frame once the item has been shipped from our store, many factor can contribute to the delay of your item ranging from weather to carrier issues.
Once item has been shipped, we do not have access to stop delivery.
To prevent any delays on delivery, please ensure you provide the full name and full address of recipient (including room number, apartment number, floor number, etc) and a phone number for contact in case of an issue.

**FLORAL**
The floral delivery will be made as early as 2 days after order placement.
Delivery of the item will be made only to El Paso Texas.
Delivery of item will only be attempted once due to high volume of deliveries. A re-delivery can be schedule once the re-delivery charge has been processed and re-delivery must happen within 24 hours.
If no re-delivery is schedule within 8 hours after first attempt, we will issue a 50% refund of the floral item as delivery is non-refundable. If second attempt is made and no success on delivery, we will issue a 40% refund of the floral item as delivery is non-refundable.
To ensure freshness of the item, there is not an option for a third attempt on delivery.
Delivery time will range from 9:00AM to 8:00PM. We cannot assure a specific time delivery due to factors that can delay the delivery within the city (Thanks I-10 construction!)
