Geek Obsession started the way most great things do — with a personal obsession. As a lifelong collector based in El Paso, Texas, we were constantly hunting for high-quality anime figures, statues, and geek collectibles at prices that didn't require a second mortgage.
When we couldn't find what we wanted at fair prices, we built the store we wished existed. Since 2019, we've been curating the best figures, pre-orders, and limited editions — bringing them directly to fellow fans across the US.
We also craft our own handmade geek goods — from diorama boxes to custom decals — because some of the best collectibles are the ones you can't find anywhere else.

How Pre-Orders Work Here
Most of our catalog is made up of limited pre-orders — here's everything you need to know before you buy.
When Will My Order Ship?
Each listing includes an estimated release window from the manufacturer. We ship your order within 1–3 business days of receiving stock.
Is My Payment Secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?
Yes — cancellations are accepted any time before an item ships. A 15% cancellation fee applies to cover reservation and processing costs. The remaining 85% is refunded to your original payment method. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll offer you the choice of a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Reports made after 48 hours cannot be processed.
What If a Distributor Cancels My Pre-Order?
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to a distributor cancellation or supply issue, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method — no fees, no store credit, no questions asked.
Can I Return an In-Stock Item?
In-stock items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases on items that are in stock and ready to ship. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What About Delays?
If a release date shifts significantly, we'll email you with an update. You're never left in the dark.
