All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once production has begun.

All custom orders require customer specifications to be submitted in writing (via email or message) prior to production. Where applicable, a digital proof or mockup will be provided for approval before we begin. Once a proof has been approved or production has started based on your written specifications, the order is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

Exception — Our Error: If we produce your item incorrectly based on the specifications you provided in writing (wrong name, wrong color, wrong size, wrong design), we will provide a full replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We stand behind our work.

Production Turnaround: Estimated production times vary by product and will be communicated at the time of order. If your order is delayed on our end, we will proactively notify you in writing before you need to ask. Delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund unless we have significantly exceeded the stated turnaround time without communication.

Geek Obsession acts solely as a production service when printing, engraving, embroidering, or otherwise reproducing customer-provided artwork or designs.

By submitting artwork or a design for production, the customer confirms and warrants that they own the rights to that design or have obtained proper permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it. The customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from their submitted artwork.

⚠️ Geek Obsession reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Refusal of such orders does not entitle the customer to a refund of any design fees already paid.

For designs created by Geek Obsession on behalf of the customer, all original artwork remains the intellectual property of Geek Obsession unless a separate written agreement has been made.

All candles are final sale once opened or used. Candles are handmade in small batches and slight variations in color, scent intensity, or texture are normal and expected — these do not qualify as defects.

Each candle comes with safety and burn instructions. Geek Obsession is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, failure to follow burn instructions, or leaving a burning candle unattended.

Damaged or Defective (Unopened): If your candle arrives damaged or defective and is still sealed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.

All soaps and beauty products are final sale once opened. For health and hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

All products include a full ingredient list. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients prior to use and checking for any known allergies or sensitivities. Geek Obsession strongly recommends performing a patch test before full use of any new product.

Floral Arrangements

Floral Arrangements

24-Hour Window

All floral arrangements are handcrafted to order and are perishable in nature. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final once an arrangement has been delivered.

Product listings display a representative image of each arrangement. Slight variations in color, flower type, or composition may occur depending on seasonal availability — this is standard practice across the floral industry and does not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.

Issue Reporting Window: Any concerns regarding your floral arrangement must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, claims cannot be processed after this window.
Eligible Issues: Arrangements that arrive significantly wilted, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolutions may include a partial store credit, replacement arrangement, or refund depending on the situation.

Not Eligible: Natural wilting after delivery, minor color variations due to flower availability, or dissatisfaction with an arrangement that matches the listed description do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

All floral arrangements are labeled as decorative items and are not intended for consumption or commercial resale.

Associated Fees

Shipping & Restocking Fees

Case by Case

Depending on the situation, the following fees may apply to any approved refund or resolution:

1Shipping Fees — If a refund is approved on an order that has already been shipped, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount. This applies only in cases where the item has already left our facility.
2Restocking Fee — A restocking fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the return or resolution. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated to you before processing.
When Geek Obsession is at fault — including production errors on custom items or distributor cancellations — no fees of any kind will be applied. You will receive a full resolution at no cost.
