Pre-Order Cancellations
Partial RefundWe understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel a pre-order before it ships, we're happy to accommodate with the following terms:
A 15% cancellation fee will be retained to cover payment processing and reservation costs. The remaining 85% will be refunded to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Full ResolutionWe take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once verified, you may choose from:
What qualifies as a damaged item?
Retail item box damage (the branded box the figure comes in) is generally not eligible, as most collectors display items out of box. Exception: if the item is a limited, numbered, or special edition where the packaging is explicitly part of the collectible's value (e.g. numbered editions, items with certificates of authenticity, artbooks, or deluxe packaging), retail box damage may be considered on a case-by-case basis โ please contact us with photos.
Damage to the actual item (the figure, statue, or product itself) is always eligible โ broken parts, paint defects, missing accessories, or structural damage.
Distributor Cancellations
Full RefundOccasionally, manufacturers or distributors cancel or discontinue a product after pre-orders have been placed. This is rare, but it happens in the collectibles industry.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to a distributor cancellation or supply issue that is outside our control, you will receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method โ no fees, no store credit.
In-Stock Item Returns
Final SaleAll in-stock, ready-to-ship items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases on in-stock items.
