We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel a pre-order before it ships, we're happy to accommodate with the following terms:

A 15% cancellation fee will be retained to cover payment processing and reservation costs. The remaining 85% will be refunded to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once verified, you may choose from:

What qualifies as a damaged item?

Shipping box damage (the outer brown cardboard box) is not eligible for a refund or replacement under any circumstances โ€” this is only the outer protective packaging.

Retail item box damage (the branded box the figure comes in) is generally not eligible, as most collectors display items out of box. Exception: if the item is a limited, numbered, or special edition where the packaging is explicitly part of the collectible's value (e.g. numbered editions, items with certificates of authenticity, artbooks, or deluxe packaging), retail box damage may be considered on a case-by-case basis โ€” please contact us with photos.

Damage to the actual item (the figure, statue, or product itself) is always eligible โ€” broken parts, paint defects, missing accessories, or structural damage.
AReplacement โ€” we'll ship a replacement item at no cost to you.
BStore Credit โ€” full value credited to your Geek Obsession account, never expires.
COriginal Payment Refund โ€” full refund returned to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Distributor Cancellations

Full Refund

Occasionally, manufacturers or distributors cancel or discontinue a product after pre-orders have been placed. This is rare, but it happens in the collectibles industry.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to a distributor cancellation or supply issue that is outside our control, you will receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method โ€” no fees, no store credit.

All in-stock, ready-to-ship items are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases on in-stock items.

Associated Fees

Case by Case

Depending on the situation, certain fees may be applied to refunds or resolutions:

1Shipping Fees โ€” If a refund is issued on an order that has already shipped, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount. This applies only in cases where the item has left our facility.
2Restocking Fee โ€” A restocking fee may be applied on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the return or resolution. We will always communicate any applicable fees before processing.
